Danae

Danae serves as the Calgary Internship Coordinator and is responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring interns in Calgary. She joined CCBR’s staff team after completing CCBR internships in both 2019 and 2020, during which her heart broke for pre-born children and their families and she determined to fight against the injustice of abortion. The effectiveness of CCBR’s strategy, alongside the beautiful stories of hearts changed and lives saved from abortion, pushed her into working full-time in the movement. 

 

Danae received her Bachelor of Music (Hons.) in Piano Performance and Pedagogy from Lakehead University and has completed research as to how music helps premature infants in the neonatal intensive care unit. During her studies in music she was actively involved in pro-life outreach in her hometown of Thunder Bay, Ontario. She is passionate about saving pre-born children and joined full time staff in 2021.
