Jerome is the Church Outreach Coordinator for CCBR’s Manitoba Initiative. Though an outspoken pro-lifer for as long as he can remember, Jerome was first roused to a more active and consistent involvement in the cause of defending unborn lives when, in the Spring of 2024, while attending a CCBR presentation in his church on just another Tuesday evening, he was brought face to face with the gruesome reality of abortion and its victims. This led to Jerome’s eventual participation in the 2024 Summer Internship Program, and then, soon after, to his decision to work full-time in defense of unborn lives. In his capacity as the Church Outreach Coordinator, Jerome gets to meet and develop relationships with local churches in Winnipeg and across Southern Manitoba, and to equip them with the apologetic resources they need to fight effectively against the culture of death. He maintains the hope that he and his colleagues will soon have the supreme delight of working themselves out of their jobs.

Outside of his work with CCBR, Jerome is an enthusiast of the Classics, and aspires, one day, to complete a PhD in Classical Philology or some other such discipline, having completed, in 2019, a B.A. in Philosophy and Religion, and then an MA in Religion in 2025 at the University of Manitoba. One of his heart’s greatest desires is to contribute, in whatever way the Lord allows, to the growth and flourishing of Christian education in Manitoba and across Canada.

Jerome enjoys people, books written mostly by dead people (with a few exceptions), kettlebells, and pipe-smoking. He lives in Winnipeg with his wife Samantha who, as anyone who knows them will heartily agree, is God’s greatest gift to him. Their cat, Charlie, is an appreciable “third wheel”.
